I admit. Prior to learning about SEO applications and site promotion industry, I was of the opinion that Google was cool. I Googled anything from friends, to photography, to news to strange gadgets and heedlessly trusted the search outcomes. Then I learned about SEO applications and an emerging industry focused on website marketing, and my beliefs were never the same. But even before my revelation, after doing a bit of philosophical analysis, I got an inkling that search engines, Google included, know far from everything, and pass on to the users a fraction of that.

My Google travails soon convinced me that Flikr is a better image data bank, that with the help of feeds I can access nice news coverage without having to rummage through Google search findings (rummaging seems more appropriate than Google search), and people search is best handled by Facebook. It seems like whenever I search for odd gadgets on Google, the results are almost always inaccurate, to put it mildly. Try searching for SEO products and other SEO relevant topics on Google and you are just about prepared to lose your sanity. I mean, tell me, what’s the relationship between SEO apps and career websites or Web casinos? It happens in my frustrations.

So when news of seo software review and the entire industry built around it came into my humble worldview, my qualms about domains popping up on first page of Google grew manifold. Frankly, SEO software is the reason why guys like me get discovered on the Internet. smart as they are, Google web indexers are unlikely to find some random dude and index his webpage well. In this respect, I still am a firm fan of SEO programs and non-paid search. If it was all about the cash, the multinational giants would destroy me before I knew it. And there are hundreds of companies on the Fortune list! But here is something else that irks me and other check backlinks users, I am sure. There are people who buy SEO tools and use them to sell dresseson casino sites and such. What we are left with is rubbish that not only lives on the net but is also well ranked by search engines.

What is the user reaction to this? People Google SEO app reviews and will instead find irrelevant SERPs. They get disenchanted. So much for the “Internet justice”. Does this imply that SEO software and service field is bad? Probably not.

The abusers of SEO products need to stop corrupting the Net but it’s like ordering hackers to stop hacking. The bad thing about it is that black hat SEOs are abusing the prospect to be visible on the Net that is given to the random guy like me. For now we just have to treat them. We can only hope that Google will put more effort into catching the schemers abusing SEO products, and if Google doesn’t, the big Google will.
